Self Managment and Leadership

In Life one of the biggest problems that we all face before we become leaders of other is how we manage ourselves.

We need to be able to manage ourselves by keeping promises to ourselves, so we can keep promises to others. When we keep promises to others they see value in us, and our follwers feel we give off a congruent image that is easier to follow then a incongurrent one.
